Engagement Session in Kauai, Hawaii

newly engaged couple, J & D, wanted an engagement session that gave them the true hawaii experience. a photo session that embraced the natural beauty of the hawaiian islands.

we agreed on a location with both calm waters and epic mountain views.  we met prior to our shoot so they could follow me to the off the beaten path location. we bumped down a dusty dirt road to spectacular polihale beach. the wind was whipping pretty good that day but we all agreed we loved the natural windswept beachy look. we all laughed as our hair danced upon our faces with the gusting winds.

we shot until the sun changed the colors of the crystal clear blue waters to a golden glow. as the sun dipped into the ocean we were entertained by the most beautiful color filled sky at sunset.

a true hawaiian experience.
